CW Print opts for flexibility with Prism's WIN MIS

Commercial printer CW Print group has invested in a new WIN MIS from Prism.

The Loughton, Essex-based company said it had replaced its previous MIS because it was impressed with the flexibility of the new system.

Implementation of the 25-user Prism WIN software suite is under way and CW Print Group is expecting to go live with it by the end of the year.

Bruce Carter, director of continuous improvement for CW Print Group, said: "We chose Prism as part of the strategic development of the company – to complement our considerable investment in equipment and technology over the past few years."

CW Print currently runs Heidelberg eight-, 10- and 12-colour presses and finishing equipment, alongside a Prinergy pre-press system.
