Adobe has launched the high-end version of its Creative Suite 3 (CS3) software bundle in the form of the Production Premium and Master Collection editions.

The new stable mates to the Web and Design editions complete the CS3 family and are available on both Intel-based Macs, and PCs running Vista and XP.

Production Premium includes the pro versions of After Effects, Premiere and Flash, as well as Encore, Photoshop Extended, Illustrator and Soundbooth.

There is also additional Windows-only software, including OnLocation, meaning Mac users need to run a virtual instance of Microsoft's operating system, using software such as Apple's Boot Camp.

Master Collection includes InDesign, Photoshop Extended, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Contribute, After Effects Premiere, Soundbooth , Encore and Acrobat.

Production Premium costs £1,409 ex VAT for the full version and £599 ex VAT for the upgrade.

Master Collection is available for £1,969 ex VAT for the full version and £1,229 ex VAT for the upgrade.
