French printer first to buy Goss M-600

An un-named French printer has signed up for the first sale of the Goss M-600 Folia press.

Print manufacturer Goss International has said the system "unleashes significant productivity and economic advantages" for the production of high quality B1 sheets printed both sides simultaneously.

Jean Segura, director of sales at Goss International, said: "Using sheetfed inks and consumables and featuring M-600 printing units that accommodate multiple-weight paper stock, this new press system offers a wide range of advantages to the industrial sheetfed printer looking for quality and cost efficiency."

The first order follows the launch of the system at Drupa 2008. It will be installed at the French site in early 2009 and further details will be released later in the year.
