What was the project?

Andre’s assistant got in touch with Totally Dynamic in order to refresh the appearance of his £150,000 Ferrari run-around. After convincing Andre to opt for the fashionable matt black finish, staff at the Redhill operation designed and optimised the wrap design, which was then printed at its Norfolk headquarters on its proprietary machine.

What challenges were involved?

According to the company, the Ferrari presented no major challenges, but it stressed that ensuring the quality of the finish was paramount "regardless of who the customer is". The wrap took three days to apply, with the end-result proving a success for all involved.

What was the feedback?
Andre was very impressed with the finish – also adopted by Ford, which wrapped a fleet of its RS500 cars in the colour in 2010. He said: "It’s great in the Ferrari now. It used to be metallic grey, but now the matte black goes beautifully with the red leather interior when the top is down. Not only do I love it but passers-by love it too."
